SCARF children and adolescents outpatient mental health treatment program serves children from ages 4 through 17 years old.  Our licensed clinicians complete psychosocial assessments, which include recommendations and/or referrals for additional services and level of care.  SCARF mental health clinicians provide play therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy for those children who have been abused, neglected or have witnessed domestic violence.

Our licensed clinicians also specialize in many areas of mental health, including ADHD, oppositional disorders, conduct disorders, depression, anxiety, victim of abuse, anger management, stress related disorders, separation disorders, adjustment disorders, parent/child conflict, social skills training etc. 

Eligibility Criteria: Children, 4 through 17-years old
Service Providers: Master’s-level therapists, independently licensed therapists and psychologists 
Payment Options: Affiliated agency, fee-for-service, Medicaid and a range of HMO’s and private insurance companies.
