counties, if client is willing to travel
Supervised Family Reunification Services

SCARF provides skilled social workers to supervise visitation between children and their birth families to assist in establishing permanency for children in out-of-home placements. Documentation of visits will be given to referring agency on a monthly basis, or as requested.

Eligibility Criteria: Children and birth families who are in the foster care system
Service Providers: Master’s-level therapists, independently licensed therapists
Payment Options: Affiliated agency, fee-for-service
Medication Management

SCARF provides psychiatric assessment, medication management and monitoring services to children, adolescents and adults who are receiving services within one of our other programs.  Appointments for psychiatric services through SCARF are made after a complete psychosocial evaluation and recommendation for outpatient psychiatric care.

Services are provided within SCARF’s Kissimmee Office.

Eligibility Criteria: Children and adults who are currently receiving services through SCARF
Service Providers: Board Certified Medical Doctor
Payment Options: Most major insurances are accepted, Medicaid, fee-for services
Assessment and Referral

SCARF licensed providers are uniquely qualified to conduct a variety of  services including prescreening, screening, psychosocial assessment, determination of need, and referrals to recommended level of care.
